If I'm getting paid, I don't really care about how I'm working. Am I creating work that I love? Not necessarily. Because I'm creating for other people and their passion projects, not for myself. But the money that I earn fuels my lifestyle and allows me the time and resources to work on things that I love.

That’s fair. Sometimes you just need to pay the bills. How do you plan to leverage your work for future opportunities in your portfolio?
You could be more creative in an in-house position. I feel like when I work at an agency it’s all very generic cut and paste templated stuff. Where I have more freedom when I take an in-house position.

Yes I’m still creating good, fun work. Depending on where you go in house, you’ll still work on different brands too. We have over 60 different products where I am.
