I have a generalist background (although I’m primarily a litigator) and was a partner at an Amlaw 100 firm. I’ve had my resume reviewed and keep getting great feedback. To those who are thinking of resigning without an offer, I seriously advise you not to do so. I resigned in July due to a hectic (you can call it toxic) work culture and was confident enough to get another offer. But nothing materialized, no calls, savings money almost depleted with the EMIs, hard lesson learned!

Please try to resign only if you have an offer in hand or you're financially sound enough to survive without a job for at least a year! Cheers!
