Yes, depends on the level of access your client has it can be fully scoped system or limited scope
Yes, it's pretty common in my experience to see Salesforce as an in-scope system for clients. But I definitely feel your pain in trying to bring it in scope. Salesforce can be a beast to work with, and integrating it into a larger system can be a total nightmare. It's important to make sure you have a solid plan in place and get buy-in from all stakeholders before diving in.
Yeah this is pretty much what we’re dealing with. Really hard to get actual buy in from Sales Ops people on compliance work. Integrations have been rough as well.
What is SF doing for the company? If it’s feeding info that drives financials then obviously yes
