Does anyone enter a “f*ck up” spiral and how do you get out? Like when you miss a nit or even larger typo in a brief or miss an issue in a sub/cite and someone calls you out in it, and then you doubt every proof you do, get anxious about f*cking up, and inevitably f*ck up again. Trying to decide if I’m burnt out after three crazy months or if I just suck at this job and should hang it up if I can’t get it back together soon. I don’t trust myself anymore.

I had quite the day the other day. Coustmer comes in and then ends up leaving with a grossed out look on his face just for him to put in a complaint about my appearance...he down right called me some nasty things for no reason. It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
