Is it just me, or are company All-Hands meetings starting to feel more like corporate pep rallies than actual transparent updates? We get 45 minutes of hyper-polished slide decks showing growth charts and employee spotlight videos, followed by a Q&A section where the top-voted hard questions are completely ignored. Does anyone's company actually hold an honest, raw town hall anymore?

I still get really nervous before doing telehealth video calls! I'm never this way face to face.
