I gave interview in Amazon and cleared all the rounds , then went on hold and still on hold due to hiring freeze in that departement. HR does respond and update me when reached out.

Research the company and know their company mission and accomplishments. See if you can tie their initiatives into the work you're interviewing for. For sure, ask about what it's like to be on that specific team, the dynamics you should expect, and what a day in the life looks like.
You should also research the people you're interviewing with and understand their experience. Linkedin is the best place for that. If you're going through a recruiter ask them for advice and feedback from previous candidates.
