Is it just me or have the number of openings for PMMs significantly reduced? I’ve definitely noticed it’s become much harder to land a new role lately, and I can’t help but wonder how much of that is due to the rise of AI. The competition feels fiercer than ever, and it seems like companies are prioritizing candidates with advanced data and AI skills. Have you been asked in an interview if you have AI expertise? From my experience, the growing use of AI tools is reducing the need for PMM openings. Thoughts??

Hi Fieshes, i don’t want to leave development but the job roles I’m getting now after i resigned are the business analyst roles and not the data science ones as i thought of them to be. . So will i be able to get to data science after these business analyst roles. Does business analytics include the data science and development. Or should i look for better opportunities.

I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?

What does it mean when a company is hiring lots of marketers?

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
