I have some questions about the PMA Product Marketing Core Certification exam. Is there a comprehensive final exam, or do you just have to pass all the module exams? What's the required percentage to pass?

I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. Product marketing managers that work in an established/growing tech companies, what’s your day to day at work like? I’m currently a PMM with an early stage startup wearing multiple hats. I’m curious to learn the difference between PMMs at early stage startups and growing/established companies.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on.
