Have been working in b2b marketing, with role focused on content, field(events) and account based marketing. 4+ years of exp overall and 3 years in marketing. Academic credentials are good, top btech and b school. The catch is that I quit recently. Just couldn't stand it and was unable to manage time to look for jobs. Will i be able to get a job? When it comes to the digitization of healthcare, how important is it to have tech exp vs. healthcare exp? I understand it’s ideal to have both, but healthcare seems so far behind other industries. Is it better to go into tech for a few years and then go back to healthcare and try to become a change agent?

Now that my year-end review is coming up, how do I ask my company for a significant pay raise (not just a 2-5% inflation-matching raise)?

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice?
