Is it just me, or when you look at the career journeys of top agency executives, their promotion timeline was SO MUCH SHORTER than it is nowadays for anyone?!?!
Ex: person who is now Managing Director started out as AE (not AAE) then went on to became an AS (not SAE) after just 2 yrs, then AD with just 5 yrs of experience?
They’ve added so may rungs to the ladder after making it to the top, no one can possibly reach their level in the same timeframe. It’s maddening.
