I'm looking to return to the U.S. after over a decade living and working in SSA (Marcom for ecommerce startups and tech enabled nonprofits). I've been job hunting as I plan my move in the fall but haven't gotten any serious bites. Does anyone have any pointers to ease the process of transcontinental job hunting?

Goal is top 10 mba in two years. Currently third year associate in accounting advisory in big 4 (didn’t get promoted). Got an offer from a PE firm in its internal consulting group for tech accounting
