Is it normal for companies to ask for scanned documents ( from originals, like Aadhaar card, pan card, educational documents ) even before joining? Can it be misused?

Hey. For people who’ve moved laterally, how did you deal with the request for references from your current employer?

I'm not the best at coming up with lines on the spot. I can write good lines when I'm by myself in front of my laptop, but not when I'm talking with my CD or someone else. Is this considered an issue?

I love international tax (in core) and don’t mind compliance at all but it’s been nearly 100% of what I do. Any ways of balancing out with more structuring/planning?

Some background: there’s only 3 of us IT locally and with the departure of our SM, the little structuring/planning work I do see will probably dry up when they leave. Do I network with other bigger offices to pick up that kind of work?

So i’m thinking to develop my career as a Digital marketer who can design/ code in 5 years. Digital marketing is so broad, dont know where to start. My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share
