With 15 years of experience, you can ask for around 50-55 lacs. Band 2 is very wide starting from 7 years of experience to 20 years.
Thanks for your response... usually is the compensation given is completely fixed or a mix of variable, ESOP or RSU, profit sharing etc ?
As you are technical side, you would be not having any issues for job security. I would rate it as 8/10. There were some impact on managerial role because of some restructuring but not on technical guys. You can safely join the org. And on variable front you will get mostly above 100% which I can tell as per my experience since last 3 years
I could see that the OL has mentioned 9 Hours working per day.. is it same from day 1. or changed recently
How is telstra for data engineering role?
It doesn't have any stock , but I guess for band 2 it would be 14% of variable. You can think of joining the org, it's very good considering wlb at its best, and work-wise also it's good.
Thank you Telstra 1.. How would you rate job security wise on a scale of 1 to 10. I believe even if the variable component is there, on last 5-year average payout basis, i assume 90% of the variable part employees get.
