Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Can someone decline from joining the org on the joining date? I am expecting a counter offer with the same DOJ, but i wont be rejecting the current company i am joining, unless I see the offer from the countering org. My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

If you haven’t joined yet then ask them to extend your joining date giving some personal issues. In that time if your good company releases offer letter join them otherwise you will have second option also.

No never abscond any company .. try other option as they will create PF account and will link it to your UAN and your future employer will easily get to know in BCG by EPFO website.
Can they quote me as absconding even though I have put my resignation and mentioned my LWD in the mail?. Only asking this because project is denying an early release as I have to go for my masters so I won’t be available to work for like 2weeks
What is the issue if their is one extra firm in my pf account. It won't show whether I absconded or resigned properly then left?
Buddy, if there is a company mentioned on your UAN then you need to provide experience/reliving letter from that organisation. Which you won’t get if you abscond

You can if it’s within a month . Again risk involved. If they created PF account it will be reflected. Anyways the better option is to resign, since you joined recently you will be on probation period fr first 3- 6 months and no need to serve notice on probation. Read your offer letter again
That's not correct. In case of no mention of probation notice in the appointment letter, it will be the same as notice at which company can fire you (usually one day to a month). But its always good to resign and do it in a proper way.
