Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Document, document, and document all of it. If you have an ethics hotline or HR you can take it to, that would be my first stop. If you are comfortable talking to others about what is going on or are also experiencing it, getting them to also document their views could be helpful. Sorry you are going through this, toxic workplaces really are awful and they should not exist.

Wow how is that ok !? This sounds really bad have you went to the higher up ?
I definitely think this happens. I've even heard that a lot of the return-to-office mandates were implemented to try and get people to voluntarily leave. Obviously applies a little less in our industry but I don't think you're crazy for assuming that. There are all sorts of neglect/bad treatment in workplaces to encourage voluntary staff reductions. I would keep track of everything like Director 1 said, and maybe start applying elsewhere as you try to work on improving things where you are.
There was a term for this : Constructive discharge occurs when an employer makes an employee's work conditions so intolerable that the employee resigns.
If you can show, so document document document, that work environment changed drastically forcing you to quit your can still claim unemployment
Do we work for the same company or is this too common?!
