I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Fishes Current offer from wipro 24 CTC b3 band( 8 YOE data analytics space, business analyst), i quoted to capgemini that i expect 30LPA, probably capgemini may finally offer me 24 to 26 ctc. I liked only wipro JD not CG.

Question is - can i go back to wipro and show them counter offer?will they revise it? I hope they dont reject me. My lwd is 23rd feb.
