Leave aside google, microsoft etc. but people working in average jobs where your skills do matter but YOE decides CTC and it's a fixed pattern 3-4x of YOE.

How much wealth Big4 people are able to accumulate? Share your YOE and what's your wealth now? When do you plan to FIRE?
