When looking at offices to work in, what do you value the most? As a realtor, to me what matters the most is flexibility in my hours.

Work-life balance and professionalism.

True, any workplace I consider has to provide me with these or it ain't gonna happen

Same, I hate feeling like work controls my life so flexibility is an important one for me

This is big for me too. I don't do well in drama-filled workplaces either which is far too common in the industry.

As realtors, do you really feel the work-life balance?

Annual Raise coming up:

Current salary is X where X = $75k + an annual bonus that only applies if the company does well that year

Desired salary is Y where Y = a range from 80 - 89.999

Problem is I've been told that salary typically only gets raised 3% each year, without deviation.

To reach Y, I would need at least a 0.0667% increase or so.

Am I boned or.. ?

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently a civil design engineer, and trying to switch to real estate as a Program Manager. I have an interview in a week where they tell me I will have to work on ( for about 3-4 hours ) on an operational case study.

The job is located in Paris and the job is in French .

Does anyone here have any case studies in Real estate that they can share ? and if they're from France, that would be even better.

Thank you in advance !
