Maybe if you had a significant amount of press or publications or something. But it is for exceptional talent so you have to show you’re exceptional in some way shape or form.
This is accurate
L1 is better than O1 for transitioning to green card.

O1 is the worst visa to transition because it doesn’t. But it can be renewed indefinitely which is good.
Yes. But you’ll need a massive salary and a spectacular lawyer.
It's impossible. Try the L1, the Transfer Visa.
Everything is possible with an exceptional lawyer.
I got mine with no professional awards. So yes.
Sure

It’s possible, but you’ll need to do some work. Write article for some publication for instance. Try to be on the jury panel of smaller shows/ student work. Teach some classes (portfolio mentorship on either a portfolio school or college works).
Go on the USCIS and read all the requirements and try to tick the most amount of boxes you can.
Got mine without one 8 years ago. I had plenty of press about my work though. Awards are easier as proof but not the only metric. You have 6 topics to prove your outstanding skills, awards are one of them. Letters of recommendation will play a big role if you don't have awards.
