Is it safe to negotiate your very first salary? I just graduated and got my first job offer, but the pay is less than what I found on Glassdoor. Since I have no real work experience yet, should I accept it to be safe? Do companies really rescind offers just for asking nicely, or am I overthinking this?

Just found out that my favorite aunt, who claimed I was her “favorite” niece, chose to leave all her valuables to her other two nieces who never visited or called her once in the last ten years. My aunt passed away suffering from cancer last year and didn’t have her own kids. I was there by her side throughout her battle. I still wish I had done more, made her life easier. Hello I’m curious on how to bring this to my supervisor attention. A few months back all the techs got a raise based on how long they have had been a tech. A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?
