Is it usual to only be able to start at a big company on only certain days? I previously joined a Big4 who only permitted starting on the first week of each month (I hope to start my next job before end of month)

Just made a career pivot and accepted a job with Progressive in sales. I’ve heard more good things than bad about the company. I turned down Liberty and Allstate so I’m hoping I made the right choice. Curious if anyone works there can offer their opinion about what it’s like working for Progressive.

Losing motivation and drive as time goes on , and I’m only 27 . Nothing I’m passionate about and money just seems like it’s ever enough ($160k total comp) . I was lucky enough to be making that much at McK while solving social problems within education , Econ dev , and public health

However , social good isn’t pleasing my soul neither is the income . I’ve switched jobs to healthcare where I’m impacting people’s physical and mental health . Still no passion / drive

Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

Got invited to a second office interview for EY strategy. What should I expect in this round? Already had two phone screens and an in-person with 3 M/SM
