I keep applying to the utility company thats 2 miles from my house and has hybrid positions. I’ve had 2 interviews so far. Going to wear them down until they hire me for something!
I live by NBC, considering just sitting outside and handing out my resume to passerbys!
Yes! I applied to a school three months ago, didn't get the job. I saw they were hiring for another role a couple of weeks ago, I applied and got the job. I just got the call yesterday. If it's something you want, go for it.
That's awesome! Congratulations!
I was even considering re-applying for the same job. Its been almost a year and they still haven't filled the position. I was considering applying again....why not? Worst they can say is No. 🤷🏾♂️

I would if a new role popped up. Maybe at the time someone who has more skill points won in the end. If you’re a good fit for the other role, I would definitely apply. The worst thing that can happen is getting rejected.
It wouldn't hurt. What's the worst that can happen? they reject you again! If you have updated your resume between then and now, it might be worth a try. Who knows, you might get lucky this time!
I have applied for a few different, but similar, roles at the same company before. I am still waiting on a reply on the most recent ones I have sent out.
If you had an HR screen last time, reach out to that contact after you apply
Definitely try again. I applied a few times before actually getting hired at the company I work for .
Definitely! Different role, different hiring manager, different priorities. I have in the past landed a job with a company that had rejected me not once but twice.
I would. Different role usually means different team. Different boss. That changes what someone is looking for. You might be the fit. Now if they were jerks last time, then no. Generally if HR can’t even get back to you or there’s an insult during one of the conversations, it’s cultural. Not saying that happened but that’s been my experience.
Yes, it’s worth a shot!

Apply for everything, even if they once before rejected. At my present job, I had seen on my company profile, that I had applied twice before to two similar jobs. There is a lot of randomness/fate/luck involved in succeeding. Places I will NOT apply are those that make you take lengthy moronic phycological tests. Best of luck (everyone)!
