Is MD at KMPG the same as MD at Deloitte?

Currently, I am working in TCS and I have offer from CTS. Now, TCS trying to retain me with similar hike offered by CTS.

Is it better to stay back in TCS or move forward with CTS.

I have completed 7.5 years in TCS & my total year of experience is 9.

PWC ac Bangalore: 33 lpa
Yoe: 8.3
Which company should i join considering job security, future growth , brand etc.

Confused between Deloitte USI and Cognizant
YOE: 3.4
Current role: Consultant/Lead BA
CTC: 10.85 fixed +1.6 var

Deloitte's offer: 14 fixed +10% var + 1.5 JB
Role: Healthcare Consultant/BA

Cognizant's offer: 18 fixed +1 var
Same role

Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.

I wanna join Big4, but the difference in package is too much to just ignore.

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?
