I received an offer from PWC India with CTC 9.5L my current is 5.5L. I have another offer in pipeline from concentrix with 11L. Will PWC match my counter offer? I want to join big 4 but salary is my primary reason to switch. My yoe is 4.4 and skills are BI and SQL. And I am also worried about future recession and potential layoff because of high salary.

I have a friend that desperately needs to find her next role after being laid off. She’s in the HR field and from Houston. Can anyone please give me some referrals to send to her? I know it will boost her confidence right now. Thanks in advance.
