Can I distribute Principal amount of home loan under 80C between two People..
For example.. I Have principal amount of 2Lac.. and want to distribute it in 1.5 Lac & 50k between me and my Dad.. (my dad is co-owner in loan)
Can't find answer online so asking here.. if you find it... Link will be helpful.

Yes, they don't expect you to get sicker every year and hence do not carry forward. I have hardly known a company that ever did that, and it sounds funny to even think of it

Only annual leaves are carried forward. Upto 8 are encashed at the end of the year and rest a carried forward

While encashing , do they provide encashmend based on "basic" salary or on whole salary

Yup , sick leave, optional leaves and casual leave
Base salary not basic salary ..on Feb month you will get 8 EL leaves as encashment that will calculate on base pay only not basic pay.

It's true. Basic 45%. Also if someone has 5 leaves pending, all of his leaves will get encashed?
