If you’re in a collections-based bonus group, there is some math that is done to make sure your compensation is not adversely impacted due to the time off.
I’m not sure what EY is referencing, but in TAG I have never heard of anyone judging someone for taking all of their paternity time off.
Will let others chime in with details but at least for dads at A&M there is significantly less leave available and culturally it’s frowned on
No, at least for KPMG which is 16 weeks. A&M does not offer that.
Same for PwC- 16 weeks for paternity.
Wow 16 weeks at big 4 is great, at A&M we have 6 weeks, old firm had 8 weeks
Bah- in my day, got 0 paternity leave and crap for missing days! Good ole banking!
