Is there a different bowl for Deloitte India JV ?

Hello all! Is there any technical consultant eorking directly on Servicenow company? I have been scheduled for an interview with hiring manager and a second interview with two Sr technical consultant. I have some questions based that this will be my first interview as a technical consultant, does this position has to do any sales? Is there any bonus or additional compensation on top of the base pay? Im currently a “Software engineering” doing the work of a system administrator. Any advice?

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.

In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
