I received a job offer today as a commercial real estate Portfolio Manager II for $110,000 base salary, 10,000 signing bonus and 15% annual bonus pro-rated. I have 8 years of commercial real estate experience in different areas ranging from closing, client relations and currently AVP of client relations. This position is in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Any suggestions of how much I should counter?

I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept.
