I received a job offer today as a commercial real estate Portfolio Manager II for $110,000 base salary, 10,000 signing bonus and 15% annual bonus pro-rated. I have 8 years of commercial real estate experience in different areas ranging from closing, client relations and currently AVP of client relations. This position is in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Any suggestions of how much I should counter?

I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
