Today i called helpdesk and asked for updates that i got different answer “ you are fine with final round but they are also evaluating other candidates… may be you have not convinced panel or not fully satisfied with answers. You will get updates on further process” here what is mean by fine… and my final round is just general discussion round…

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
