Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. 1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.

VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
