Is there any problem if I reject projects in CGi.Can project rejection and being on bench cause issues?

I work for ERC department and assist north america employees..it's been like 17months now and within ERC i have also done Ticketing and HR cases...
I am not sure how many of you know what ERC is ..

I am tired of doing this now and want to try for IJP or atleast some other company..

Can you all refer to the positions i can apply with the experience of ERC?? This can be within Amazon or any other company..
