Easy, you’ve accepted a new role and will be relocating. Give 2 weeks’ notice and leave graciously. Can’t control how they have acted and likely will act but stay classy as anything else falls on you. If the person reached the CHRO level, chances are they are not coachable. Just be glad you are leaving and don’t spend another minute thinking about this horrible boss. Congratulations on your new adventure!

Agree with SMR1, be professional in your conversation while announcing the decision to quit irrespective of whatever your Boss will say. At least you will have peace of mind that you did not stoop to that level… congratulations and all the best in your future endeavour.
HR is supposed to be the change agent. Even small changes make an impact. All feedback can be given in a professional manner. You can’t control how they will react. Ask for an Exit Interview w someone other than your boss and someone outside of HR. Again, your feedback matters. Whatever they do with that is their choice. Such a shame for fear of burning bridges.
I read about an HR Manager who quit a toxic environment and left a printout of the salaries for all the employees in the company in the main printer.
