Is there anything I could/should change or include on my CV that would help with looking for jobs before I move physically?

Im a Canadian that is moving to Ireland in April to live with my husband. Since I wont physically be in Ireland until April, I cant say I have my stamp 4.

Right now at the end of my professional summary I state Im looking for a workplace that will be flexible with the relocation and that Im a Canadian citizen in my contact details, but that's all regarding the situation.

I’ve learned recently about some traumatic events that family members of mine have gone through but I had no idea had occurred. Besides my parents divorcing I really have not experienced that many hardships or trauma in my life. Sometimes it makes me worry if I’m due for something bad to happen, if the other shoe was going to drop at some point. I know hardships are a part of life and I feel like I have had far less than normal

They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

Need an advice , related to Irish Employment laws / Workplace Relations Commission.

Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

2. Either to accept a chance to move teams but no idea how it looks like.

3. Redundancy
