They have asked me to submit document only for last employment for BGV which first advantage is doing. And offer letter mentions to submit only exp/relieving letter for last 2 employers as applicable while joining.

Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.
