Need an advice , related to Irish Employment laws / Workplace Relations Commission.

Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

2. Either to accept a chance to move teams but no idea how it looks like.

3. Redundancy

I was waiting to negotiate my salary for next year but per company trend that doesn’t get set until January (manager reviews are written in Dec).
