Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. It slipped my mind to let them know about the delay. Now, they believe it was me being irresponsible and are threatening to fire me for not reporting on time and possible losing them a client. We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
