Like Is one or the other treated more favorable in the hiring process, for compensation changes, requested jobs, etc?
I am an experienced hire. I note that the recent grads get treated like I do. That can be frustrating for people like me who have experience, but it’s good for the grads because they’re treated equally.
Accenture 1, so from your perspective despite the gap in experience, the two classes are treated equally? Can you think of a reason in company or industry culture that would dictate that practice?
I think it’s their culture. Accenture seems to value fresh ideas, and grads can be a great source of them. I’ve been there about a year, and this has been my experience.
