I would think as long as the student has access. I don’t think it’s legal to lock students out altogether but if you give them access to, you should be good

Yes, it's a lot of extra work to catch whose doing it. It won't stop until the student(s) are caught. It's so close to the end of the school year, at least when planning for the next school year, staff and admin. can put a plan in place to address vandalism in the restrooms.
