Step 2: Establish the plan. What are we doing this month, quarter, next quarter, and year? Where are the gaps in the vision? If I inherit something, I push back on deadlines until I understand what’s being asked and why.
Step 3: Get the team agile. Each dev writes their own stories and validates each other’s work. I aim for 8 points per sprint, breaking down stories and re-assigning as needed.

Got a new job and will start H-1B transfer. What’s the risk of giving my notice right before LCA is filed or right after?
