Is this true that earlier PwC India was promoting Consultants directly to the Senior Consultant role, but now they have introduced levels like L1, L2, L3..and so on? Is this applicable to all the verticals or only limited to certain verticals, if so please mention the vertical. PwC India

I had two interviews last week at good PI firms. Hopefully I will finally get out of ID for 2023. I’m so done with it. I know plaintiffs work has its own challenges but I’m so over the tedious time entries and clients cutting my time and micromanaging my every decision. Anyone else made the move out of ID, to PI or something else? How’s it going?

Has anyone made the transition from non-profit and small firm practice to federal government, big law, in-house? I’m a special education parent attorney at a small firm and I’ve spent my legal career in the education and juvenile areas of the law working for 2 non-profits before ending up at the firm. However, I’m just exhausted, unmotivated, and and looking for a change. At this point (6.5 yrs of practice), is that type of transition even possible or am I stuck due to the practice area?
