No, unless you have an agreement with your chatbot service about how they will store / use your chat history data, you should assume that data will get memorised in future versions of the underlying LLM and may appear in chats with other users.

No, we just require that use is subject to terms that prohibit using our data for training purposes. OpenAI API usage, or individual opt-out, and CoPilot business tier include this.
