IT industry in India is pathetic industry.They will treat us like labour slave and give peanut level salary.IT industry is good only American and European countries.Also Notice period is 90 days which impacts my career, growth, finance and personal life.Layoffs and toxic work culture are increasing.No hike ,No growth.Please think twice before joining IT jobs.HR people just play trick with us saying we need immediate joiners and not excepting buyout option also.Please don’t join IT

Sure, After reading your suggestion I will quit this problematic IT industry. I will start my tea/pakoda thela. Hopefully I will make 2 lacs per month from my thela and there will be no challenges.
Atleast we have IT jobs here . Just imagine without IT jobs , what would have been today scenario. Some of the cities wouldn’t have been there .

Buddy life and career itself is a tough exercise. Finances, family, responsibilities, self, learning, etc etc etc. All types of people, management and companies exist. We have to find what aligns with us. Don't become negative or defensive or hateful. Keep the positivity high, hope you find something that aligns with you. It's a buffet - pick and choose what you like and what suits you.
Yeah but what option do millions of engineering graduates have? Core industries are almost non existent. So they have to choose between IT or unemployment. Not everyone can start or maintain a business.
Why don't you do 1 thing, found a startup and change the work culture in your company. Then we can bet on your company, how soon it'll file for bankruptcy.
