It used to take me 5 weeks to find work (freelance or perm), I used to get SNATCHED UP immediately. Is the market really this bad right now!? I’ve been out of work since MARCH with a small freelance stint in there but that’s it. I’ve applied and interviewed for so many jobs but not a single offer.

How long did it used to take you to find a gig (freelance or perm) before this sh*tty market happened?

Anyway, I am looking for something that can be done remotely on nights and weekends after I get home from my daily in-office job. My sister passed away & I’m now helping raise her kids. With Christmas coming, I’m nervous and dreading the season not only to not have her but will I make it a happy one for the kids. I need extra income but need to be home with them in the evenings.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment?
