Second this. Fodmap diet significantly reduced my bloat, I feel such much better since adjusting my diet around these foods.
This might sound funny, but a lot of us swallow a lot of air while we eat and drink. There's this whole concept of eat your drinks, and drink your food. Which really just means drink your beverages and water almost like you're eating it.. slowly, and chew your food to the point that it is in a liquid state so you can drink it. This way, you're doing most of the digesting in your mouth itself. See if that helps with your bloating issues!
Definitely get checked out by a medical professional, but if it's helpful to hear, most food you will be served out in restaurants (at least in the US) falls somewhere between an allergen and a poison. Some people's body aren't bothered by it, but many of us are.
Ever since I've cleaned up my diet I feel like I have a hangover after eating at most of the lunch spots that I would typically go to during the work week.
You can absolutely heal your body and change your diet so this doesn't happen anymore!

I’ve always had some bloating during the day, but the difference in my belly first thing in the morning and later in the day/at night is much more pronounced after having a baby even 2 years postpartum. I think my muscles just relax throughout the day and my body expands because it now knows it can, and it doesn’t seem tied to any particular food
You're probably eating a bunch of gluten and carbs (office bagels & donuts!) and those will make you bloat like crazy.
