It’s been two tough months of continuous job hunting. I've attended numerous interviews, and while I’m confident in my skill set, rejections and prolonged feedback cycles have been disheartening. In several cases, even after clearing multiple rounds, my profile gets placed on hold with no clear updates. It often feels like companies are not valuing our time and effort during this process

Is there any good reason to take a 10+ minute call in a bathroom stall at work? Noticing people doing this as RTO ramps up and I really don’t understand why you wouldn’t go outside or at least in your car.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
