Moved over to a review system called 15Five. It allows you to review your manager. I gave my manager a terrible review. The catch is: they get to “anonymously” see your reviews. Bad move?

I tutor ESL after school and recently switched over to Zoom. Students are stating that they are unable to annotate. I’ve read that this is common for Chromebook users. Does anyone know of a way to bypass this and/or any video/picture tutorials? Otherwise, it looks like we’ll just have to add an additional open tab with a google share doc. I'm a SWE from Italy. Love my country but salary and taxes here are outrageous. Got 2yrs experience in fullstack and data science, 2masters, a peer reviewed paper and outperform all my peers for 24k€ a year.

Hey, so I’m going to my first 3% conference. I heard it’s usually white feminism x 100. But I was wondering what I should expect? Has anyone been.

If you could change anything to increase minority representation in marketing, what would you change? I think I'd want at least 2-3 minority employees in creative leadership positions to make sure things like colorism in ads less likely to pass the final edit.
