I was recently demoted to sales associate taking a loss of 3.25/hr and put on 90 probation for getting an EBR in voids, something that is 100% unavoidable and accidentally hitting the wrong tender on a gift card transaction. The man wanted to use his card and I cashed it out. Mind you, there was NO cash involved so technically the store didn’t lose any money. I have perfect attendance; my drawer has never been short and this is a slap in my face.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.
