I would definitely share it with work. In the end, your health is way more important than your job. I know it's easier said than done, but that is the truth of the matter. So, let the team know but not in a way that makes them seem like you have a fatal disease (which I've heard endometriosis can sometimes be), but in a way that they understand the seriousness enough to let you be when you need to be more rested.
I'm really sorry you're dealing with that, work and life are hard enough when you're in perfect health. I'd share that you have a medical condition and ask if accommodations can be made when it flares up, without going into all the details. If your employer is the least bit empathetic, that should be more than sufficient. I wouldn't worry too much about losing your job because of this. As long as you're able to do your work, you should be just fine.
