my cousin is working as a design engineer(related to mechanical engineering). He is havjng 4+ YOE for the same role. He has done diploma in data science from IIIT-Banglore in UPGRAD. Now he wants to look for an oppurtunity in IT field. Can someone let us know the process if u r aware of so that it would be helpful for him. he has done few live projects in UPGRAD in order to get his certification. Upgrad is 1 year course Cognizant Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

I try to run a new salary comparison every couple of years to see what other companies are paying in my market, so that I can budget accordingly. I have the advantage of handling both finance and HR for my organization, though. I still think that the salary comparison is a good tool to take to your management, so that they can see what competitors in your market are paying. And make no mistake, other employers are most definitely competitors when it comes to top talent, both in new hires and retention. Maybe they just need their eyes to be opened.
Project Manager, I'm very fortunate in that I work for a public entity who reports to the state. I'm able to request salaries from every other county in the state at once through our state's DOR. Because government offices are generally seen as not being competitive with the private sector, which is where we're trying to draw talent from, I also included salaries from Glassdoor.
